Army of Darkness Storyline

In this sequel to the Evil Dead films, a discount-store employee ("Name's Ash. Housewares.") is time-warped to a medieval castle beset by monstrous forces. Initially mistaken for an enemy, he is soon revealed as the prophecised savior who can quest for the Necronomicon, a book which can dispel the evil. Unfortunately, he screws up the magic words while collecting the tome, and releases an army of skeletons, led by his own Deadite counterpart. What follows is a thrilling, yet tongue-in-cheek battle between Ash's 20th Century tactics and the minions of darkness.

Army of Darkness goofs

CONT: When Ash uses his belt to escape the pit, he is seen in one shot with his hand wrapped around both the belt and the chain. In the close-up of him losing his grip, his hand only grasps the belt.
CREW: As Ash is being chased though the forest you can see the tip of the shoe of the cameraman as he runs with the Steadicam.
FAKE: In the windmill, just before Ash steps on the nail, he suddenly has soot on his face. This is because of a deleted scene where he hits his head on the stove pipe, knocking it lose and pouring the soot in his face. In the scene where they raise the drawbridge, the chains that pull it up have slack in them. The chains should have been taut.
CONT: After the witch falls to the ground, Arthur kneels and reaches toward it. His hand is just about to touch its shoulder. When the shot changes, Arthur's hand is further away.
CONT: Both armies come together twice to congratulate each other.
